In September 2016 I swam the English Channel in a relay to raise money for two fantastic charities that mean a lot to me.  For details of how we got on follow this link.

  • The Fragile X Society

    Gives information about the genetic condition, its symptoms, treatment and coping strategies

  • Law Works

    Aims to provide free legal help to individuals and community groups who cannot afford to pay for it and who are unable to access legal aid.

  • Campaign Against Living Miserably

    Campaign Against Living Miserably was set up to reduce the high suicide rate amongst those under 35, currently the single biggest killer of young men in the UK.  CALM provides practical, anonymous and confidential help.

  • Ellen MacArthur Foundation

    Inspires to re-think, re-design & build a positive future for consumption against a background of the end of cheap fossil fuels, rising population, waste and anxieties around basic resources,
