About the CX TakeAway
It’s a unique Customer Experience event to help you deliver an event bigger impact for your customer and your organisation. Get your questions answered by the CX experts – people like you! There are no presentations to sit through. There’s no doubting whether the content will or will not be relevant to what you’re doing.
Instead, it’s all about you, your challenges and opportunities. You tell us what you want the topics to be and we facilitate the discussion with like-minded people. What you take away are new ideas you can apply to take your CX activity to the next level, reassurance you’re already doing great things and new like-minded friends. You don’t have to share anything you don’t want to, but the more you share, the more you will get from the day. Of course, what we discuss will not be published.
Before the day itself, we’ll ask you to share one or two key CX challenges you’re wrestling with. Then, when we get together, we put everyone’s questions to the group. When it’s your turn, they will share their own experiences, successes and lessons learned. And when it’s their question being discussed and debated, you can offer your own wisdom and counsel.
It’s a bit like therapy for Customer Experience leaders – sharing the stories with, learning from and helping new friends and contacts. It’s different but it’s fun, informative and, so people tell us, hugely valuable.

It’s your day, a great opportunity to meet, share and learn. To help things run smoothly we have three hosts and facilitators: Ian Golding, Jerry Angrave and Peter Dorrington.
Jerry is founder of Empathyce, a CX consulting and coaching business. He is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) and one of a handful of people globally to be authorised by the CXPA as a trainer
Ian advises leading companies on Customer Experience strategy, measurement, improvement and employee advocacy techniques and solutions. Ian has worked across multiple industries including retail, financial services, logistics, telecoms and pharmaceuticals and has deployed Customer Experience tools and methodologies all over the world
Peter is Director, Analytics at TTEC, our hosts for the day. Peter has continuously worked in both the public and private sector for nearly forty years, during which time he has seen and been engaged in dramatic transformations in both business technology and working practices.
We’ll be at a fantastic venue, the “Innovation Lab” generously hosted by TTEC Ltd.
